The design style embodies the customer journey of traveling aboard a superyacht.

A restaurant and bar concept inspired by the fictitious experience of chartering a superyacht along the andaman sea, the super yacht being not only as a transportation for people embarking on an upcoming journey. But as a destination in itself: majestic yet approachable, decorative yet functional. It is a gathering place for sharing memorable, social and cultural experiences with magnificent 360 degree views of the ocean and its surrounding destinations.

For centuries, Thailand grew along the banks of its mighty river Mekong. This waterway provided the region with their staple foods of rice and fish, fuelled by the abundant monsoon rains that made the land fertile. The Mekong waterway was, and has been vital for everyone, the river flows though the nation’s history and has fuelled its culture and traditions.

A restaurant concept inspired by rustic charm: homespun, timeworn, handcrafted, distressed items, constructed of natural materials or finished in a natural hue, comfortable, yet sophisticated and eclectic. It is a style that is a feast for the senses, a design that harmoniously unites contrasting textures, shapes and forms while telling the tale of time, place and history.

The Food and Beverage outlets are being designed by Soho Hospitality an integrated interior design, F&B consulting, and branding and digital marketing studio with a restaurant development arm compromising award-winning restaurant brands based out of Bangkok. Soho Hospitality design and operate restaurants, bars, nightclubs, food halls and beach clubs for the global hotel operators, mall operators, restaurant chains and private equity investors in Asia, The Middle East and Europe.

One of the best things about seaside villages anywhere in the world is being able to visit  their piers. They give you the ability to walk out over the ocean, which is pleasing, but these fascinating structures also evoke feelings of fun, romance and childhood nostalgia. Many piers are now historic treasures featuring some of the area’s oldest architecture and vestiges of the past. Now fitted with shops, restaurants, carnival rides and dance floors, they have become an integral part of every beach town culture.

The food concept of the all day dining at Radisson® Resort Phuket Mai Khao Beach  is an all-day experience where people come to eat, drink and socialize, whether it is for a light lunch, an extended dinner, evening snacks and nibbles, or a relaxed weekend brunch.

The menu offers a variety of sushi, sashimi, signature rolls and seafood platters from the raw bar, soup and salads, grill options, Thai food, burgers, pizza, pasta and mains primarily inspired by a diverse international menu

comfort international fare

Whether it is the sounds, sights, smells and tastes of the bacon cheese burger cooking live at the food station, an authentic neopolitan pizza or the freshness of a healthy salad, the menu will be showcased in its authentic plating style, to evoke the feeling one would get when eating that particular recipe.

While the venue will operate from breakfast to dinner, weekends will also have a one-of-a-kind brunch, perhaps accompanied by live musicians.
